SCIENCE FAIR

Timeline:

  • Dec 5th and 6th: introduction to the Science Fair.  You may propose research questions for approval beginning on this day.
  • Dec 9th and 10th:  *Outline of the Rubrics for the Science Fair Project.
  • Jan 31st: Research question deadline
  • Feb 13th to 26th : Work on your project for the five full classes before the science fair (400 minutes ~6.5 hours)
    • Feb 13/14th: Design deadline
    • Feb 17/18th: Data collection deadline
    • Feb 19/20: Data processing, conclusion and evaluation deadline
    • Feb 21/24: Presentation materials deadline
    • Feb 25/26: Refinement and ready for presenting
  • Feb 27th : You must have your booth ready for the Science Fair.  Present your investigations to students, teachers and parents.
