Density, Volume, and Mass. So what is Matter?

In the beginning of class Mr.Pro talked about yesterday's lab. He explained the answers and showed us the proper way of conducting it.
Method 1

Method 3

Method 5

We did another lab where the goal was to find the density. The formula for finding the density is: density=mass/volume.
Mass is found of the scale: 14.3=mass
Volume is found with the graduated cylinder: 45=volume

Density= 14.3/45= 0.32.

We where supposed to watch some brain pop, but the time stopped us.

  1. The volume is actually not 45 mL. Remember the volume of the object is the change in the volume of water.
